We understand your day doesn't always go according to plan. That's why we created a wait time policy with an industry-leading grace period. Your grace period is determined by your pick-up location and starts at your scheduled pick-up time. If your grace period finishes and you have not arrived, you're charged $1.00/minute in wait time fees.
Flights are unpredictable. We recommend that you provide us with your flight information so we can track your flight and help you avoid wait time fees. You have the option to opt out of providing us with your flight information however you may incur unnecessary fees or be kept waiting if your plane arrives later or earlier than planned.
Domestic Flight/Cruise Terminal: 30 Minutes
International Flight: 60 Minutes
When the grace period has passed, we will contact you. If we don't hear from you, your ride will be cancelled 60 minutes after the grace period has ended. You will be charged the wait time incurred plus all other applicable charges, with the exception of tip and tolls. If you need to extend the wait time, no problem-just give us a call.
We know plans can change, so we've designed a cancellation policy that's flexible for our customers and supports our drivers. We won't charge cancellation fees (and any applicable ride-related expenses), if you cancel before the times listed below.
Please note that if you change the type of vehicle that you want once the original car has been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee of the original vehicle in addition to the cost of the newer vehicle type.
Cancellations of booked rides must occur before and no later than, 12 hours before initial scheduled pickup. If a trip is canceled within 12 hours of the initial scheduled pickup, you may be charged up to the full cost of the total ride's fare.

You will be charged for the entire, or canceled portion of the total fare, plus any additional fees (e.g., driver's waiting fees, car seat and, or additional taxes) for rides that are canceled once the driver has begun the process for the ride.
A fee of $1/minute is charged after the grace period of 60 minutes for international flights, 30 minutes for domestic flights and 10 minutes for non-airport reservations.

This charge occurs when your trip route takes you through a route that has tolls.
This is only charged when applicable for Inside Airport Pick-ups or for Hourly trips if a parking fee is paid by the driver.

Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. You don't have to provide certain information, but you won't be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information you provide us to respond to your requests, customize your shopping experience, improve our interface and communicate with you.
Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies", and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses Envoy Transportation.
E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from Envoy Transportation if your computer supports such capabilities. We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers.
Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser.

Information about our customers is an important part of our business and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries that Envoy Transportation, Inc. controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.
We work closely with our affiliated businesses. In some cases, such as marketplace and auction sellers, these businesses sell offerings to you at Envoy Transportation. In some cases, such as marketplace and auction sellers, these businesses sell offerings to you for Envoy Transportation.
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of Envoy Transportation customers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address. If you do not want to receive such offers, please adjust your Customer Communication Preferences.
If you are an employee on your employer's Envoy Transportation Corporate Account then upon your employer's request your ride information, ride history and ride data may be shared with your employer. In addition, ride information and your user profile can be viewed by the Administrators on your employer's Envoy Transportation Corporate Account as well as by those Travel Arrangers who book rides on your behalf. No other employees may view your ride information or profile.
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that Envoy Transportation, Inc., or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Envoy Transportation, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.
Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third-parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Our site may include third-party advertising and links to other websites. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to these advertisers or third-party websites.
Envoy Transportation may also display targeted advertising based on personal information about users. Although Envoy Transportation does not provide any personal information to advertisers, advertisers (including ad-serving companies) may assume that users who interact with or click on a targeted advertisement meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad (for example, users in the northwestern United States who travel).
Envoy Transportation gives you access to a broad range of information about your account and your interactions with Envoy Transportation for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information.
As discussed above, you can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage of such Envoy Transportation features as your Profile, Account Management, Customer Reviews.
You can add or update certain information. When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.
If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your Customer Communication Preferences in "My Preferences". (If you do not want to receive Conditions of Use and other legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Notice, those notices will still govern your use of Envoy Transportation, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes.)

For example, you provide information when you search for a product; place an order through Envoy Transportation or one of our third-party sellers; make a purchase; provide information in Your Account (and you might have more than one if you have used more than one e-mail address when shopping with us) or Your Profile; communicate with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise; complete a questionnaire or a contest entry form; provide employer information when opening a corporate account. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, address, and phone numbers; credit card information; people for whom rides have been reserved, including addresses and phone number; e-mails to us; personal description in Your Profile; and financial information, including Social Security and driver's license numbers.
Examples of information we receive from other sources include updated address information from our carriers or other third parties, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more easily; account information, purchase or redemption information, and page-view information from some merchants with which we operate co-branded businesses or for which we provide technical, fulfillment, advertising, or other services. Search term and search result information from some searches conducted through the Web search features offered by our subsidiaries, Alexa Internet and A9.com; search results and links, including paid listings (such as Sponsored Links); and credit history information from credit bureaus, which we use to help prevent and detect fraud and to offer certain credit or financial services to some customers.
Examples of information you can access easily at Envoy Transportation include up-to-date information regarding recent reservations and completed transactions; personally identifiable information (including name, e-mail, password, communications preferences, and address book); payment settings (including credit card information and gift certificate, gift card, and check balances); e-mail notification settings (including Alerts, Available to Order notifications, Delivers, and newsletters); recommendations (including recent product view history, and prior order history); and your profile.
